Precision Manufacturing
Engineered components. Built to specification.
Precision-machined components for demanding industrial applications, from prototype to repeat production.
Capabilities
What we machine ourselves, and what we coordinate.
Which operations a component goes through is decided from the drawing. Two of them happen on our own machines. The rest are scheduled, specified and inspected by us, and part of the work happens elsewhere.
Multi-axis milling
3, 4 and 5-axis milling for prismatic and contoured parts, from single prototypes to scheduled batches.
CNC milling · Drilling · Boring · Threading · Secondary operations
Turning and mill-turn
Bar-fed turning with driven tooling, so shafts and fittings come off the machine complete.
CNC turning · Drilling · Threading · Milling
Scheduled around the machining
These are part of the same job and the same schedule. Where the work is done outside, we specify it, sequence it and inspect what comes back.
- Fabrication
- Cut, formed and welded parts for machine frames, guards, supports and industrial structures.
- Assembly
- Subassembly, pressure testing and kitting, delivered ready to drop into your line.
- Finishing
- Anodising, passivation, plating and painting managed through approved subcontractors on our own schedule.
